Carpe Diem (Sieze the Day) - Square box in photo. A single day in Virginia was the inspiration for this design; from a beginning sunrise at the beach to the peaceful dusk and sunset at the mountains The play of light washes differently with each minute until the grayed shadows of evening are all that remain. A square box unified the theme of change in the composition as we turn corners with each moment and decision of our lives.
Awarded Woodlawn’s Best in Show, Frank Lloyd Wright award (best original design), People’s Choice 2008. Selected for EGA 19th National Exhibit Through the Needle’s Eye and Juror’s award.
